Default Chinese atv

I've got a 110cc loncin engined quad. The problem is the casting where the starter motor fixes to the casting is broke. How do you get the fly wheel off.. thanks
Dylan

Remove the nut in the centre, either by using an air wrench or a strap wrench round the flywheel. Use the special flywheel puller tool to pull the flywheel off its taper. When refitting, torque that nut correctly as, too slack and the flywheel may loosen off, too tight and it is murder trying to get it off the taper next time.

EBay, or one of the Chinese spares specialists. Care is needed, as there will be several different pullers for flywheels on those Honda Cub clone engines, measure the diameter of the (black) threaded part of the flywheel centre and check if it is right or left hand thread.
