Looks like you have got the forward/reverse box off. Tell us all how you did it in the post that you asked the question, so the next person who wants help with a 2006 Baja 250u Reverse Gear cover can find the answer. I see the gearbox shaft doesn't need to come out to get it off.
Anyway, most flywheels are threaded on that boss in the middle so a tubular extractor is screwed on. These come in many different thread pitches and sizes, even LH threads sometimes. This comes up on Google but may not be for your model 250 https://www.motorsportgoetz.com/Pull...ess-SP-250-300 Baja themselves may be a better place to get one. Are you sure it needs to come off? I usually leave the flywheel and crank together when splitting crankcases, pulling the other half of the case off the crank.
