Not sure if your model has a pullstart but if there is a pullstart remove that first and there will be a nut behind it, remove that, remove the crankcase cover and you will see the CDI rotor (looks like a brake drum). What you have to do is remove it with a crankshaft puller because it is pressed on the crankshaft with a key on the shaft, to pull it off you have to remove a few of the 6 bolts that holds the one way bearing to the rotor, now thread in some long bolts into these holes (3 bolts should be good), and now use the puller to pull off the rotor and you will be there at the tensioner.
