hey guys,

Finally got back to work on this little quad. i figured out all the wiring issues i had and got it to turn over...next G&% D@#% problem is it wont start without he choke full open, then when i try to close it it revvs through the roof and dies !...ive checked and everything is tight and i can't see any reasonable way there could be air leaks. its a new carb ( PZ 22) and a new throttle cable,,,,really need some help on this one

 

My guess would be throttle cable is too short. The metal cable that comes out from the plastic cover probably isn't long enough and is causing it to rev high. Try disconnecting the throttle cable and running it.
