Okay I got a four wheeler 150cc I replaced the carburetor harnesses the CDI pretty much everything on it besides the motor and the coil and the the throttle by handle bar and I can't get it to turn over it has new battery new spark plug I don't know if I got this thing hooked up right as in the harness wise disconnected the safety features the keyless kill switch on it is that the problem? I also don't know where the light indicator hooks up at

 

Problem is, if you know enough about electrics to fit a new harness you could have fixed the old one. Look up "bare bones" wiring looms for Chinese ATVs on the net, check you have connected the new harness in accordance with it and you should find where you have gone wrong. Most of these "universal" harnesses don't include wires for lights, horn, or any gear indicators, so you have to wire them in yourself afterwards if you feel the need.
