Bought a cheap $100 quad, need help identifying carb
Bought a $100 chinese 250cc, unable to find a single identifying marker on it. Managed to bypass enough safety's to get it to turn over, however the carbs flooded and was unable to start. Trying to figure out what kind of carb kit to buy but i can't figure out the make/model or any sort of number on it. Any advice?
Why not just give it a good cleaning or buy one on Amazon? These Chinese carbs are usually under $30. Just search for carb using the model of the machine but I would just clean it with carb cleaner, compressed air and a small wire
Plus one for just cleaning it out, I use compressed air. Flooding means the float needle is stuck or has dirt in it, dead easy to fix. Fairly sure the bike is a Quadzilla though it was sold under other names, ROC? Engine is a Honda Nighthawk clone.
