I am at my witts end and about ready to give up looking.. But I figured I should post here first..So here it is , I would really like to find an 86 or possibly even an 87 tecate 3..Possibly a running bike but not restored , I couldnt afford that one.. So now you have an idea , let me know if you can help..Thanks

 

Welcome to the forum. T-3's are getting harder and harder to find I would keep an eye on e-bay, and also put a want to buy ad on the craigslist in your area in the motorcycle section.

 

Thanks for the welcome..I have noticed that , I have already posted an ad on craigslist, so far no good..I had an 86 honda 250R about 15 years ago and at that time I met a guy that had an 86 tecate , long story short 15 years later I am looking for an 86 tecate ... I just recently sold my 85 tecate and am now trying to find that elusive 86... Howver with the luck I have been having I'm almost just thinging of going back to the honda 250R.. Its much easier to find..

 

You're welcome. Personally I'm a Honda man, but a nice Tecate I can really appreciate. Just keep looking you'll find one when you least expect it like the day after you settle for a Honda!

 

LOL.. And that is no ****.. That would be my luck , of course I could think of alot worse things than ended up with a honda..
