Anybody in N. Texas ?
Great news, gang!
There is a fellow in Oklahoma (near Clayton) who owns appx. 80 acres that opens directly up into thousands of WMA trails. He wants to develope an ATV heaven and he wants us to help!
He already has some water and electricity and water available and is wanting ideas on how to further develope the land to appeal to ATVers (especially clubs.... tah-dah!... that would be US!).
We would like to plan a weekend, before it gets too hot, to go up and check the place out. He says it is a wildlife haven, so we stand a good chance of seeing rabbits, deer, foxes, etc..... we have been in this area and can share (with those of you who have not visited there) the awesome scenery and cool trails that we have found there.
We are thinking about trying to set a weekend in February ( maybe the
21st/22nd) to go up. We would like some input from you (pro or con, can you go then, etc). Also, looks like most of you want to do the ATV Rodeo at Shiloh Ridge on March 13/14.... so that is what we will shoot for....
