There is also the Washignton ATV Assn that is mainly Western Washington based and holds regular meetings and fun runs: http://www.waatva.org/

NW Motorcycle Association is more motorcycle focused, but does include quads in many events. They are also affiliated with the National Motorcylce/All Terrain Vehicle Association. : http://www.nmaoffroad.org/

Out of Vancouver there is the Jones Creek Trail Riders: http://www.jonescreektrailriders.org/

A more loosely affiliated group that mainly does more extreme riding (requiring winches, etc) is the Washington Adventure Quads: http://www.washingtonadventurequads.com/

Ok, I spent too much time early on researching this stuff, but was looking for new riding buddies. Of course with the other message thread providing such stout opportunities, it's not as much of a problem these days.
