WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT A SUCCESSFUL DAY FOR EVERYBODY!!!!!!!
We sold out all 30 indoor booths and had a lot of outdoor vendors.
Approx 400 visitors.
Every vendor said they were coming back next year and most of our indoor booths are already booked for next year!!!
EVERY vendor said they had a good day. The most common comment was "WOW, I didn't think it was gonna be this nice!"
Every brochure I put on my table was taken. 500 BrimstoneRecreation brochures! 500 BigRockATVPark cards, A box of Moose catalogs, a stack of ATVRodeo @ HaspinAcres pamphlets! Some ATVenture bumper brochures, and ATVGuru bumper brochures.
We Had every manufacturer representing except Polaris (they weren't interested). New quads mixed with used machines. old junk and new state-of-the-art products. The food trailer had to send out for more product to keep up!
One vendor bought a junked up Banshee from another vendor and before he could push it across the building he resold it and doubled his money!! One vendor I was talking to cut me short when he saw someone pushing a dirt-bike out the door, he had his eye on it and went over and bought it for more than the original guy had it for!
Our bigger vendors, Thornton MC sales, Hoosier Motorsports, Lawrenceburg Motorsports, Zimmer Yamaha, and some of the littler guys all came in Sat nite, got their machines set up, and were already selling @ 9am.
We held a door prize drawing every 15 minutes. Prizes included, passes to BigRockATVPark, a helmet, lots of clothing accessories, ATVaccessories, Moose Parts. Over 15 sponsors donated prizes!
Officially opening @ 11:00, we already had 40 cars in the parking lot and the lot was pretty full (approx 60 cars) most of the day til 2:30 when the crowd started to dwindle. But the ones who stayed were rewarded when we held more drawings to give away any unclaimed doorprizes, the Split-the-pot, and the $500 Hoosier MotorSports gift certificates.
Every member of the club contributed in some fashion.
It was a huge success!!!!!!!!
A big QuadAbuser THANK YOU!! to everybody!!
