anyone have any ideas on what to use for grooving tires besides a real tire groover. i remeber someone saying something about some tool that only cost $10.00. let me know what you use to groove your tires.

I used a plunge router with a 1/2" bit, smells bad, but it works, cuts exact depth that way and looks uniform. The sharper the bit, the better it works. Rubber gets hot and hurts if it sticks to your arms.
