Default Fork Oil

Hey Guys - I've got a bit of a problem... The forks on my 250R bottom out all of the time. Pretty much pissing me off.

Question: What do you all use for fork oil? I am using tranny Fluid - feels more like water though.

I had my forks rebuilt, and it seems that since the rebuild - they have become more like pogo sticks ...

Thanks
