flywheel, key and nut

Default flywheel, key and nut

whats the best way to put my flywheel on, I've gone thru about 6 keys in one week, they keep shearing off, plz help. Thanks

Default flywheel, key and nut

It's a simple process.....sit key in....carefully place flywheel on....add loctite....and zip it on. What atv is it? Do you have any type of marring scarring on your flywheel?

it a 86 lt250r i just rebuilt the top end and had the lower acses apart, and since then the flywheel womt stay on, i've tried almost everything, but dont know what the problem is

Are you applying the correct amount of torque to the bolt?
