Tire Suggestions
I have a Suzuki Vinson and was looking to get a new set of tires. I do about 50/50 (trail and mud) with plenty of snow in the winter ( mostly use the snowmachine then but still use the bike for fishing and hunting in winter ) and allot of sharp rock( you should have seen the hole one of the guys put in his 2-ply sidewall yesterday). I need a tire that is good for all these conditions in a 25" or 26" size, but keep in mind that when we get into mud and bog it is usually pretty thick and deep. Thanks for any suggestions

Try looking at the Titan 589 tire in size 26" . From what I have heard they do real well on the trails and mud as well as rocks and snow . They have a great rim protector for the rocks . Try the 26" Titan 589 . If I had to get another tire for trails it would be the Titan 589 .

I have alot of expirience with the 26" Goodyear Mudrunners... they sound like just what you're looking for... I won mud bog races, beating out bigger Outlaws, I used them for a few hare scramble races, while not an Ideal tire for for this, they perform very well for high speed trail running... the trail I train on for racing, are bluff trails along the Mississippi between Minnesota, & Wisconsin... steep hills very rocky, rocks can be as big as 55 gallon drums... then for winter trail riding my riding buds were having a hard time keeping up with me in 4 X 4, while I was in 2 X 4 mode... though not a magic tire, they are a very versitile tire...
I'm now testing the new Goodyear radial MTR's... they show potential to be nearly as good a tire...
the new radial Big Horns, may prove to be nearly as good as the Mudrunners, however they are only a 25" tire...

If you beat a person with Outlaws then it is mostly from rider skill . I do not know one person who has lost to another person with a different kind of tires other than vampires and mudzillas and bi/tri-claws . If so then good job , but I still like the Outlaws and I know that they are one of the best of the best mud tires out today . JMO
