What kind of grease do you guys use for your bearings?

What kind of grease do you guys use for your bearings?
I'm sure Suzuki has some good stuff. Slick 50's One grease, you can even get it at Walmart. I has teflon in it. Teflon is a natural water repellent. Same with the spray lube Tri-flow....use that on your steering and chain.
