I've got 26-10-12 on the front and 26-12-12 on the back of my Sportsman. I went with the 26's because the tread depth is almost twice that of the 25's. I can't remember the exact tread depth but I believe it's about 3/4" on 25" and under tires and 1 1/4" depth on 26" and larger. I've only ogt about 300 miles on then, but they are wearing well so far.

If you put different size tires hieght wise on front and back it can mess the gear ratio up because the front has to turn more times to equal one back turn if you are 4 wheel drive it might mess it up.
