Just got a uni for my scrambler. Instructions say to oil the foam and then reinstall it over the core. The filter has a foam over steel mesh design of what I believe is the "core". It Then has a foam cylinderical outer filter which slips over the core.

I've oiled both the core foam and the outer filter element. Am I doing this right???
