Gentlemen
I purchased aset of ITP Holeshot XCT tires and ITP .190 rims. I installed them on my Polaris Sport. These things wabble like there's no tomorrow. Anything above twenty mph and your literally hanging on for dear life. I've talked to no less than four poeple that have the same problem. I've switched sides, loosened them a little, tightened them a little, anything I can think of to salvage my 430.00 investment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm experiencing the same oscillation (your wabble?) on my new 23" front XCT's. I mounted them up on the stock rims, so I know thats not the problem. I'm thinking that they need balancing, can you add wheel weights to ATV rims?

I may try to break the bead, spin the tire 180 degree's on the rim, then see if the rim/tire balance improves.

Gentlemen.
I have the same xct's on 190 rolled edge rims with no problems. They were beaded by ronies in DW and shiped UPS.5 psi.IT may be in the beading process.Call Ronies.Having only 5 PSI in the tires they will ballence themselves whether you like it or not at high speeds.

Sounds like either a bad tire or to much air to bead it.35 PSI to bead MAX!To much air (IE-shifts the belts)

I called Factory Racing to tell them of my problem. He pretty much didn't want to beleive me. I strongly insisted something needed to be done about the situation. The guy from Factory Racing told me to have the tires removed from the rims at my expense, and he would replace the rims. I took the tires and rims to a very reputable tire establishment about forty minutes from my house. The gentleman there told me that the rims were warped, not bent, beyond beleif. He told me that happens more than one would think, and that a lot of distributers buy "blems" or "seconds" from the manufacturer at cut rate prices, then sells them to us, the consumers at regular price, hoping we wont know the difference. Anyway, the guy at Factory racing said he found it hard to beleive all four were bad, I insisted they were. He had UPS pick them up at my house and is sending me new ones. I let him know that the last thing he wanted to do was send me four more bad ones. I also have four friends who have had the same exact problem with ITP's rims. So, if you're going to buy some, I would get them directly from ITP.
