Why do all these guys in the videos and mx racing quadders (Hitt, Spader, Goodman, etc....) run car tires in the front? I would think that they would weigh more than ATV tires. Just don't see the benefit.

 

I use Rikens. They do weigh more but they turn a lot better on dry dirt than any other atv tire. However they don't work to good in mud. They actually turn instead of slide like atv tires. And they wear like iron. I've yet to see a wore out set of Rikens.
