Default Mudbugs on Outty

Hi,
Does anyone have Mudbugs on 2004 Outlander XT?
If so how do you like them? how is the thread wear? 26X10X12 in front ok? and 26X12X12 in back..
Any pictures of the tires on the bike would be appreciated.
thanks
Luc

Here are the specs for Maxxis Mudbugs..

AT26x10.00-12 6PR TL 9.1 26.0 1.2 24.7
AT26X12.00-12 6PR TL 10.4 26.0 1.2 28.4
AT27x8.00-12 6PR TL 8.3 27.2 1.2 21.6
AT27X10.00-12 6PR TL 9.1 27.0 1.2 23.8
AT27X12.00-12 6PR TL 9.8 27.0 1.2 28.6

For my 2004 Outty need your advice..
If you noticed that the 27" is either the same weight or even lighter than the 26".....and also the width of the tire is narrower or the same on the 27"..
Should I go for the 27" right of the bat...
27X8X12 front and 27X10X12 back? will I need spacers?

Any opinion or advice will be appreciated and then won't need to bother everyone with my tire choices....
thanks
Luc
