ITP Billet Wheels vs Douglas Billet Wheels
#1
I am going to buy some aluminum billet wheels in a 12 x 7 size. I am wanting anybody's comments on each one. It seems like the ITP wheels are more common in my part of the country (TX). I want something that is easy to replace if needed, i.e. damaged or whatever. I called ITP and the person I spoke with (Jaime) was very knowledgeable about the product and mailed the literature on the wheel very promtly. On the other hand, when I called Douglas, the guy did not know what I was talking about. He did not know about the national adverising campaign in the ATV mags! He mailed me a catalog that did not have the new wheel in it. So, I called back and another customer service person gave me the same response. I just cannot believe Douglas is a company like that. Otherwise, they would not be in business. Has anyone had any dealings with them?
I like both wheels. The Douglas has a little different "look" to it, but the ITP is very bright and looks very good.
At this point, I feel safer with ITP.
Thanks for any input.

They are "supposed" to come out the 1at quarter of 2000. They did not know what I meant by aluminum billet wheel. I thought they were putting me on or that they were gonna' try to sell me a Max 6x6 . I had better just stick to the ITP's.
