im buying new shocks for my blaster. new ones cost alot and i dont want a whole lot, just somtin that will give me a little bit more softer ride over bumps. will stock shocks from maybe a 250r or yfz or some other quad give me a better ride thatn the stock blaster.

 

In one of the recent magazine articles they put shocks off some other Yamaha on a Blaster, and they bolted right up.

In general however, it is not a good idea to just buy any old shocks off e-bay (lots of them are for sale because people are going aftermarket), unless you are absolutely sure they will fit.

My personal preference is WorksPerformance for aftermarket. I think you would find them worth the extra money.
