Raptor 660 Tire/Wheel Combo Cali Style
#1
I've been searching through the "topics" of tire/wheel advice but have yet to see any that fit my "situation". Ready?? I have a 2004 Raptor with stock t/w's. I've already had to replace the front rims once and this set isn't lasting too much longer. Tires are also on their way out. I live in So. Cal. and mostly ride desert ....tracks and sand every now and then. I know I (obviously) need stronger rims (.190 ~ T-9 HD Alum? Baja? Beadlocks?) What is the difference from the ITP Baja Wheel to the Beadlock? My front rims dont stay straight for very long and my rears seem to have problems always losing air/seal. Okay....so maybe I ride a lil hard. Should I change the size of tire/rims from stock? I've also noticed some people running two different types of tires. Advantages?? Disadvantages?? People say "get the ITP Holeshot" . Okay......so which ones?? Last question......what is meant by the "offset" (i.e. 3+2 or 3+3)?? I've found the best advice is from people who have "hands on experience" rather reading an advertisement so with this being my first "question" posted..I'm looking forward to any & all help and/or advice. Thanks!!
