Front end tracks to right

Front end tracks to right
I Have a 2000 rancher fulltime 4x4. It seems to pull to the right.Worked fine till my BIL drove it with his 8 year old son. He said he jumped a few mounds of dirt (airborne was only 1 to 2 feet max).
After that is when I noticed it pulled to the right.....Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Im afriad that the frame is bent or something else major . Please assist
Someone said adjust (toe in and out) is that a complicated process?
