Default new rims- center hole to large

I bought some new rear tires for my Ozark and also got new rims to go with them. Well, I went to put them on today and the center hole on the new rims is to large to hold the rubber hub nut cover on. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Maybe it's just me, and my beat up 1985 Kawasaki 185, by why care about the center caps, if the rims still bolt on? All mine are long gone, and were gone when I bought it. On a friend's 1996 Yamaha Kodiak 400, I've lost one of those rubber caps. One fell off, but I found it. I've put probably more miles on that Kodiak than my own four wheeler, the Kaw 185. I've had the Kaw for half a year, and have driven it at least every week, more like every day, and have put a few miles on per day. It had no speedometer, so I rigged up a bicycle speedometer to work.
