Default Mudbugs or Gators? Is one better then the other?

I would like to know if there really is a difference between the two. I hear that the mudbugs don't wear as fast as the gators. Also how about in deep mud and trail riding?

Please let me know what y'all think.

6 months ago, i would have got the Gators, but now i would have a tough choice between the Gators, and the Mud Bug XT? I think its XT. They have more than an inch of tread on the XTs. I like my Swamplites the best!!

Yes Bugs are lighter, no they will not out last gators-harder cheaper compound, yes gators run small but so do bugs. I own both and they are equal in almost every way. Gators are cheaper. In 25" the bugs have a deeper tread on the bigger sizes they are the same. I also just talked to GBC and they said they have no plans the discontinue the gator. I talked to my distibuter and they just got two truck loads of Gators and Dirt Devel 2s in.
