Default Front Hydraulic drum?'s

I'm in the process of replacing the front pads on my project Honda 200sx. Problem one is on the left side. I pulled the drum off to reveal shatered wheel bearings. Then to find the brake adjuster only actuates one side/pad, not both. Any ideas how to fix that?

Second problem is the right side drum will not come off! I've left the wheel and tire on and beat the living snot out of the old rim. And that drum will not move. I then adjusted the brakes to free them up as far as they would go. And again no movement ! How do I get this pile apart? Can I pull the spindle apart to get it off?

Thanks for any help! This projects going well except for all these pesky problems!
