Default Lightest 4x4 wheel

I'm wondering what the lightest wheels would be for my wolverine. I've heard the stockers are really light but I'm not really sure just how light. The only MFG that posts their wheel weight is Highlifter (8lbs per) but what about the ITP and Douglas wheels? I've already found the tires I'm going to get (Maxxis Zillas) and they're the lightest 4x4 ATV tire on the market so I want to put them with the lightest wheel I can find.

Douglas wheels are the lightest but you'd probably want red labels for a 4X4.

Here are some example weights of the Red label (.190), Black label (.160) and Blue label (.125) Douglas wheels:

10x5 - Red - 4.15 lbs
10x5 - Black - 3.85 lbs
10x5 - Blue - 2.75
9x8 - Red - 4.6 lbs
9x8 - Black - 3.95
9x8 - Blue 3.15
8x8 - Red - 3.95
8x8 - Black - 3.15
8x8 - Blue - 2.16

I imagine your stock wheels are steel? These Douglas wheels are aluminum so they are lighter

Actually my stock wheels are aluminum.

I'm looking for 12" wheels. The stock wheels are 6" wide in the front and 7.5" in the rear.

I just posted some examples. Douglas makes 12" wheels also. Of course, they are going to weigh more but should still weigh less than most other brands. Usually, when people are concerned about weight, they go with smaller wheels to reduce weight.

Rocky Mountain ATV has the rear wheels for your Wolverine 12x8 Douglas for $84.99

those mud zillas are far from light. they are along with the outlaws the toughest mud tire on the market.

Not the MUDzilla...Maxxis has a fairly new tire out called the 'Zilla that's lighter than the Mud-Lite AT and is claimed to be a much better tire.

I am curious about the ZILLA as well... looks like a good tire compared against the Mudlites... and it being a Maxxis.. I am sure the durability is better than the Mudlite XTR's
