MEASURING RIM OFF-SET

It's the distance, as measured in inches, between the plane defined by the inside of the bolting surface (the side that mates to the hub) and the plane define by the inside edge of the rim. Lay a straight edge across the inside of the rim and measure from that down to the bolting surface.
