will a size 22-11-9 fit a size 22-10-9 tire/rim
#2
It think it should. The first number is the diameter, the second is the tire width and the third is the rim width. It should fit. You might want to call your local dealer for a definite answer.

First number is tire diameter (height), and the second number is tire width.
The most important number is the third....it is rim diameter (not "width" as stated above), and while you can fudge +/- a few inches on the other two numbers, you can't fudge at all on the rim diameter.
So yes, it will fit the rim. Will it be a "better" tire....who knows? I like my tires wide, and it will be an inch narrower than the other one.

The wheel will only have 2 dimensions, not 3 like the tires. Several different diameter tires will fit on one size wheel. The wheel is probably a 9"x8" or 9"x9". You could measure the width while the tire is off to be sure. The front wheels are probably skinnier, like 9"x5" or 9"x6". But everyone is right that an 11" wide tire will fit a rim that's made for a 10" tire. You can put wider, narrower, taller, or shorter tires on, as long as the wheel diameter is right and you don't change the width very much.
