Default Lt250R Complete rebuild Q&A

So here's the story, I bought a 1988 Suzuki Lt250R QuadRacer for a couple hundred bucks. It was in ok condition and ran. Had it for a couple weeks raced it and blew it up. No big surpise knew it was gonna happen. Blew a hole threw the piston. But the engine is now rebuilt. But in the meantime I decided to completly tear down the frame repaint it and pretty much restore. Some of the ideas are putting dual street bike pipes on it etc. But my main problem is that where the sway arm is connected to the bottom end of the engine and the frame the is a long bolt that goes thru the frame then the sway arm then thru the engine and back out the other side in that order. I got the nut off the bolt but the bold itself wont come out. It spins freely but wont back out the hole. I've tried pounding it out. I even put the frame on an industrial hydrolic press and that wont even budge it. I've heard this is a common problem with these quads...And analysis? Thanks

Did you get your bolt out. I have had ones so stuck that I had to cut them out. The problem is, is there is a second lining in there so to speak. The bolt actually gets stuck in the lining and the lining will spin easy so it would seem that it is lose. Like I said I had to use a saw all and cut it apart in 2 places and the sleeve inside will come out as well.
