do they mount the tires when u order a tire rim combo??????

 

That's the way I understand it. They will also usually offer to add slime for a nominal fee while they are mounting them.

 

Most any of the larger mail order firms do mount them, however, you need to read the fine print as to what rim they include. Most often the combo consists of a .125 rim which is very light weight& won't take any abuse. You can usually upgrade to a better rim for an additional cost.
