I want to replace my rikens on the front of my 88 250r, i am giving them to a friend with a 300ex. My question is how do the new hole shot mx front tires work compared to rikens and other car type tires?

I have the new MX tires all round. They are the best handling tires I have used. The front MX tires are awesome, nothing is better them right now, the handle better in all conditions compared to the Car type tires that I have used. The back MX tires are awesome as well, I had pro cut Turftamers, and uncut ones as well, and the MX holeshots grab faster and dig till they grab, which does not take long. The only downfall is they wear faster.

one other problem with the front holeshots are they are little smaller then the radial tires you buy but i must agree the handle the loose dirt much better then raken's do. also i must agree with evil there the rears wear out very fast one easy season if your an amature couple of races if you ride extremly hard on hard pack tracks.
