Gorilla Silverback Questions

I am purchasing a Grizzly 700 and would like to put Silverbacks on it since all we do is pretty much ride in the mud. I am wondering what would fit best on a stock Grizz 700, the 28's or 27's. also, does putting silverbacks on a stock bike require any upgrades, clutch kit? upgraded axles? etc......? I wonder this because every where I read about the silverbacks I also see a statement that says the following:
No returns are allowed for Gorilla Silverback tires.
Modifications will need to be made to your ATV to accommodate these tires!
The end user assumes all responsibility when installing and using these tires.
What mods need to be made to accommodate these tires?
How come no returns?
Also do the 28's and 27's measure a true 28 or 27 inches tall??
Does anyone know if they will fit on the OEM whaeels??
I am not looking to go out and break stuff, I just want a good mud tire and I hear these are the best. I am not interested in lifting the bike and putting 32's or anything like that on it.
Thanks for any info,
Tbull

Don't qoute me on this but I would think 27" would fit 28" probably would need suspension mods. As far as other mods I would invest in a clutch kit for sure. Those tires are very heavy and aggresive, another thing I would consider would be beefing up the rest of the driveline. The bigger and heavier you go the higher the risk of breaking parts, not to mention soaking up horse power.

Good thoughts, exactly how I was thinking. I think the 27's will be plenty enough. throttle control I hear is a big must! All my buddies swear by the outlaws, I would like to be different than them and everything I have read seems to point that the outlaws and silverbacks are the top notch of the serious mud tires. thanks for the reply.
