Default Mudrunners and the winter

I am looking at getting a set of Goodyear Mudrunners for my Rhino and was wondering how they are in the snow and ice. I know they are pretty good all around tires and seems to wear well but have no idea about snow. I also was wondering if running them on the road is going to wear them out. It is not odd for me to put 5 or so miles on the road every week running between farms.
Thanks!

I have heard ITP 589s are the tire to go with for snow. The 589s wear like iron. Also look at the Terracross radial.

Default tires

if you are looking for tires i would consider the EFX tires... depending on what size wheel you have on your quad, i have really liked the moto MTC and the moto 350 for the all around ridding. there website is pretty cool too. here is the link www.motosportalloys.com.
