It appears that the front wheel bolt pattern is the same for a Blaster and a Raptor. The rear wheels are 4/115 on a Raptor and 4/100 on a Blaster. Is that close enough to be inter-changeable?

No they won't interchange. warrior, banshee and raptor wheels will.
