if you are buying new tires, definitely get an inflated measurement before spending your hard earned money. we all are running low on funds these days. i just pulled a tape on 25" kenda executioners(new) and they were ~24" inflated. then, to add a cherry on top, rolled it over next to our inflated itp terracross radials, and the itp were EVEN SHORTER! noticeably shorter like ~1/2"!!! ok, so then i roll it over to the inflated 1/2 worn kenda bearclaw 27" tires, and the new executioner 25" were taller. i am throwing in the towel.

 

I've heard that ITP runs short anyway, I'm starting to shop around for tires and I've been reading a lot about tires measuring short. Its really frustrating, I want either 25 or 26 inch tires but I want them to be true yo size. Why is that so hard to do?
