Default tires

can someone help. am runnin 25x8-12 itp on front. Can i go up to a 26x9-12 without bigger rim

As long as they are for 12" rims you only change the tire if you want. Nothing should rub due to the 1/2" inside extra tire width. The other outside 1/2" width has not rub factor to worry about.

Just see how much room there is between your present tire and the tie rod ends. If it's less than a half inch you may need to add a spacer to keep the tire from rubbing. Other than that I can't think of a reason to not go up to the bigger size.
