Default Yamaha breeze 125 transmission problem

I received a Yamaha breeze 125 for my kids but when it is ran for about ten minutes the transmission starts to slip and will hardly move. If I let it cool down it will run just fine again until it starts to heat up again. Any suggestions on what the problem might be, thanks.

Might be time for a new belt and have a look at the clutches. Item#26 on the belt.http://www.cheapcycleparts.com/oempa...0a0cc55/clutch

I was thinking the belt might be the culprit.
