Some guy has a 250r shock on his blaster. He said it handles great. The top bolts right in and the bottom forks fit in between the mounting plates on the blaster's swingarm. He has a spacer between the shock forks to keep them from bending inward.

A friend of mine did the same switch on his blaster except it was a banshee shock. His works awesome.

I was thinking about using a banshee shock but I thought they were shorter? Anyway I the 250r's rear better than a banshee's.

Now for my next question: does anyone have a 250r rear shock for sale? it doesn't have to look good so long as it works good.

I have an ATC250R rear shock. It is the same as the TRX shock only with a shorter hose that connects the reservior. If you can find a place to mount the reservior, it's yours.
E-mail me if interested.
