I've got a 300ex and am in need of some new rear tires. I'm considering the holeshot xct 22x11-9. I don't want to loose any ground clearance so I want a 22" tire. I think that this tire could be too wide for my stock 8" wide wheels. The stock tire size is 22x10-9. They also look like they could be heavy being a 6 ply. Anyone tried these tires on a 300ex? How do they perform?

Thanks

Well I have those same tires on my 2000 stock 300EX. They hook up really good on hardpack. You gain some handleing and ground clearance. And no they are not to wide for the stock rims.

I ended up ordering the Pure Sports Bandit 22x10-9 rear tires. They won't be here until around Feb 16 but when I get them on I'll report back on their performance. They were about $70 each including shipping.
