I noticed on the Goodyear website (http://www.goodyear.com/us/tires/tir...ER_MRSize.html)that they now offer the Mudrunners in 27" sizes. The website speaks of their "lighter weight", and in fact the 27" tires weigh the same as the 26" versions, 22 lbs for 9" fronts and 32 lbs for the 12" rears. They are also offering the mudrunner in a run-flat version, but I'm more interested in the performance of the standard version.

"Lighter weight" sometimes means "less puncture resistance." Has anyone had any experience with these new 27" mudrunners? How is the puncture resistance?

Sorry for the lack of info, I was wonder how much you can get them for? The only price I've seen was $78 for the front and $108 for the rear. If that's the real price, I'll never know the puncture resistance.
