I just recieved the 23X7X10 holeshot XCT front tires, and absolutely love them. They realy changed the handling alot.
I was kinda iffy about the 23" hiegth, but now I understand it's point. The 1" taller hieght lets it roll over stumps, rocks, and such with alot more ease.
Now to the back, I am getting the XCT's for the back as well, although I like the razors as well.
The 20" or 22", what I'm looking at is the 20" tires are three pounds lighter each compare to the 22", but I need the 22" for ground clearence. Now I'm told the 20" are realy 21" over all, and if this is the case I sure would like the 20" ones.
The reason the lighter tires are so attractive is that you will accellerate faster with 3 pound lighter tires.
The XCT's not only have better side wall protection, but have a harder rubber compound wich should make them last a bit longer. Although if you are a serious MX racer the MX holeshots are a better choice.
