Default radial outlaws--help

Ok- I finally got my wheels power coated and my radial outlaws put on today, i rode tonight alittle and this is what i noticed. I did not notice a power lose but my speedo before my top speed was 62-64mph on flat wide open, now it says 50-52mph but it feels like im still going 62-64.-------is this normal, which am i going???
The other thing i noticed is at top speed my frt end shakes-not bad but enough for me to feel uneasy about going that fast--i do alot of dirt road and pave rode riding to get to the trails.--is this normal for these tires or are they out of round----the do ride very very very very-smooth at slow speeds(i was impressed) as smooth as factory. please give me any opitions or comments.
oh yea they do look pretty dare good on there also. i went with 26-9.5-12 and 26-12-12 on factory power coated rims.

thanks

Few things here. I dont think you ever acutally hit 62. Have you tried using a GPS for a speedo. My Rubicon speedo with stock tires is off 4-6 MPH. When you put larger tires on, it makes it off even more so that explains the reading difference you are getting. Did you adjust the toe out settings after you put the tires on? If not, it sounds like they could be out of adjustment. Are your bearings and ball joints ok? The tires could be out of round, jack up the quad, give it some gas and see for yourself.

Yea I talked to HL late yesterday afternoon, they said more than likly one or both of my frts are out of round, that they should be smooth. They are going to send me 2 new frt ones and hopfully the will be round. I am not happy having to break both of them back down off my newly powder coated wheels.
