The XCTs would probably be fine as well as the Razr 2s. Seeing as how you really aren't moving up a tire size, gearing isn't a problem. However the rotating mass of the six ply tires might be. You'll also note a slightly rougher ride due to the sturdier construction of the aftermarket tires. For mud the Razr 2s would be a better choice. it has a deeper tread.

Do the Razors slide any better than the stock rear raptor tires?

Probably not, the Razrs are designed more for straight line traction and durability than the Dunlops the Raptor has.

Yes, RAZRs and RAZR2's slide well and predictably. XCTs will not. I have used all these tires and like the RAZR2s the best.

The others are correct, if the terrain becomes wet at all, the Holeshots may as well be slicks.

The Holeshots will probably wear a little better than the RAZRs, but the difference will not be vast & is not worth the compromise in my opinion. The RAZR2's also have much deeper tread and more aggressive sidewalls.
