Default Clutch problem - New Warrior!

I just bought an 03 Warrior. The thing is great. It is my first quad, so maybe my question is dumb, but you be the judge. When the quad is not running, in gear with the clutch pulled all the way in, are you supposed to be able to push it without resistance? The thing rolls, but there is some friction between the clutch plates. If I let go of the clutch, then I get full lock-up.

I thought my buddies XR400 rolls with the clutch in no matter what gear you are in. Is this quad supposed to be the same way?

The other funny thing is that it tends to jerk forward on startup when cold with the clutch in, but is ok after a warm start. (gotta keep my foot on the break!) IS this right?? This thing is still under warranty cuz it's 2 weeks old.

I have adjuste the clutch cable on the handlebar, but I think this rig may need the dealer to check out. Any suggestions???
