Hey all...what shocks (aftermarket) did you put on your quad...and how do u like em? I ride mostly in the desert in SoCal...and want sumpthin that will handle the whoops ya come across out there! Thanks for the input [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

WorksPerformance triple rate Steelers with external reservoirs in front and Ultracross in rear, on both the EX and Z. Love them!! Can bash big desert whoops all day!! You have to ride them different than stock. When you are approaching whoops, you have to slow down a bit BEFORE you reach them, then pin the throtle and get the front light through the whoop section. The back does most of the work, and you just skim the front across the top to give a bit of steering control. If you chicken out and let off the throtle, you are going to be in trouble when the front end dives!!
