I need advice Im interested in getting either 26 Mud Bugs or Vampires for my 00 Big Bear. I ride alot in the mud and trails. Anyone who has Mud Bugs I would like to hear from you, no one around here owns a set yet. I would like some info on how the Mud Bugs perform in the mud compared to the Vampires.

I have a set of 27" buggs on my 500 cat and they work good all around , good in the mud ,trails, rocks, hills, . That's what I wanted they say the vamps are rough on the trails but great in the mud.

I know the Bugs aren't as strong in the mud but I really like mine. I do a good combo ride, looking for mud and riding trails, and they work GREAT !!

I live near Hillisborough, where do you ride ??
You can check out my pics below.

Cool ride! The Mud Bugs look good. I have seen the pics of your ride before,I think it was on ATV Extreme who knew that you lived in NC. As far as places to ride, kinda slim around here unless you know alot of people that have access to large amounts of land. We have been wanting to go to Uwharrie National Forest to ride. Its near Asheboro. Our problem is getting everyones schedule to work so everyone can go. If you got any places to ride I like to hear about them thanks.

We went to Uwharrie about 2 weeks ago. That was after it had been raining for 3 days straight. That was a BLAST. That was a good test for the BUGS and they did great. A good thing about them is you can "whip" it a little eaiser so you can slide through a turn pretty good, not like a sport can but it's fun. Man they trow mud good !
