Is this a pretty hard mod to put on or do you need to be really knowledgeable... I want to extend the back tires out 4" and the fronts 2" would this be hard or not?

How hard would it be to put the Durablue Eliminator 2+2 Axle on and what do I need to install it? Oh, and would this be a good product... Do I necessarily need to get the one with hubs or what, cause I am confused on what you use from the stock raptor axle with the new one?

There's a new axle on the market, Team Industries. It lays the Durablue to waste. They started with the Durablue standards, analyzed them, then went past them. Tough stuff.

I'm sorry, I haven't priced them, but to do it again, the Durablue wouldn't be on the back of my machine, the Team unit would. They found the limits and raised the bar. Tough stuff.

Replacing your axle on a new bike wouldnt be that hard as long as you have some tools. Taking off the axle nuts will probably be the hardest part and thats not too bad. Check to see if you need new axle bearing though it would be a good time to do it. I like the x-33 axle it weighs like 13 lbs with the hubs, and i havent heard of that other axle that is mentioned though. The x-33 comes with a lifetime warranty so take that into consideration. I think the other axle is solid aluminum and costs like twice as much and weighs like 8 pounds. buy the x-33 and have money left over for a carrier or hooker.

Icehouse, the TEAM unit is not aluminum. The testing I witnessed, and the metallurgical breakdown of their products and the Durablue units didn't even compare.
