Has anyone heard anything bad about the CT Pipe kit for the Raptor other than being loud?

 

I dont know why people say the CT pipe is loud cuz its not. ANY open ended pipe on a raptor is louder than the ct. I had an e-series slip-on on before my CT and it was louder than the CT too. I love set-up on my raptor and it supposably it just runs better with engine mods.

 

It says on the web site, for a 400ex that all 12 discs is 101 dB and 6 is 93dB

 

i have the graydon and it looks just like a ct and it seems to be loud, good power though

 

I am not sure if this applies to all CT and Graydon pipes. But the z400 CT and Graydon pipes are the same pipe. Just labeled different. They are good pipes too!

 

CT pipe is not very loud on a raptor, from what I have read they perform good too.
My friend has a Yoshi pipe on his raptor and it is very loud and he is not very happy with it.(still a lot better than stock)

I have a CT on my Z and I love it.

 

Ct pipes are very good. I run one on my ds. The Ct pipe is nowhere near the loudest. Heard some drag pipes on a Raptor. I would say they were around 110dbs. That was loud.

 

I have the CT H.O. Kit and haven't had another 4 stroke beat me with the exception of one DECKED Out DS...... and CT is very quiet comapred to any other after market Raptor exaust......

 

Im with ugintel. I have not been beaten by another 4stroke YET either except a DS with NOS and an extended swingarm(guessing he had motor work to). Even the I beat him once but i think he may have gotten a bad start. I also know that I havent encountered any built rappys yet. We should race sometime Ugintel.
